Personal training – Private 1 on 1 or small groups by appointment only. There are many reasons that you could benefit from personal training. First, your exercise program is designed specifically for you. Your needs, your goals. You will receive proper instruction to perform exercises correctly. Motivation is often difficult and working with a trainer can enhance your motivation as well as be an accountability partner. Your workouts will vary, keeping you interested as well as making adjustments to exercises to better suit you. Working with a trainer will help you make the most of your workout time increasing your efficiency as well as being results driven.
bFit Circuit – Working out in a group also has many benefits! Enjoy the comradery of a group, it offers a reduced cost per session. Creative and effective exercise utilizing weights, bands, medicine balls, kettlebells, water rowers, steps, trampolines….and more! Exercise stations are timed with a short rest period between each station.

bFit Silver Circuit – Very similar to bFit Circuit with shorter work periods and longer rest periods.
A total body workout with gentler exercises.

Svaroopa Yoga - by appointment only for individuals or groups.
